What is a typical turnaround time?
Depending on our present workload, it varies. Most of the time, once we have all the information we need, your ads are up and running within a week (sometimes faster).
However, if we are busy, it can take between 7-10 business days.
I already have a Google Ads account. Is that OK?
Of course. And if you do NOT have a Google Ads account, we will start one for you (and give you ownership access of it).
That’s a BIG issue that we see with some other companies. Some Google Ads agencies will retain ownership of the Google Ads accounts. WE DO NOT!
It’s YOUR account. We’re simply managing it for you. You will ALWAYS retain ownership of your Google Ads account when working with Mancini Digital and we stress that you should ALWAYS maintain ownership regardless of who you’re working with.
Do you require contracts?
No we do not. If we’re not doing our job, you shouldn’t have to pay us anymore.
With that being said, we do ask that you give us 90 days to get your campaign running well.
Your campaign will run better in month 2 than it does in month 1. It will run better in month 3 than it does in month 2. That’s because we’re optimizing it.
It takes time to get Google Ads running well and we ask that you give us a chance to do our job.
Our average client has been with us for 50 months (more than 4 years). And that is not by accident (or contract). It’s because we produce results, however, we need time to get them running well.
What kind of a budget do I need?
That’s a tough question as each business is different.
With that being said, you need to have a marketing budget that you can spend for at least 3 MONTHS. This is because it takes time to dial campaigns in and get the results you’re looking for.
We don’t make you sign any contracts or anything because if we’re not doing our job, you shouldn’t pay us any longer.
However, we do ask for 60-90 days to get your campaign running well. And it will increase efficiency over time.
Also, we cannot give you exact budget numbers until we know what industry you are in and where you’re located. Each industry (plumbing, electrical, junk removal, etc.) will be different and if you’re in a major metropolitan area, there is more competition and that will affect prices as well.
Do I keep ownership of my Google Ads account?
Absolutely!
It’s you’re account that you own, and if you don’t have one, we will start it for you and give you ownership of it.
I recommend that to anyone looking for a Google Ads / PPC management company. ALWAYS maintain ownership of your Google Ads account.
You’re paying for the ads and if you ever cease to do business with us, you will ALWAYS own your account. No questions asked.

What are your prices for Google Ads Management?
This will vary. It depends on how many services you’re wanting to advertise, how many campaigns you are running, how many locations you have, and so on.

What can I expect from your customer service?
We don’t have set times/days that you can speak with us. Nor do we have any limitations to where you can only have 1 call with us per month.
We ask that you submit any changes you’d like to the campaign by email so that we have a record of it and can share it with our team.
However, we’re also available to set up Zoom calls to speak with you to go over anything you’d like.
Some of our clients like to touch base a couple of times a month. Some clients are one a month or quarter.
Some of our clients will only have a call with us every 6 months. They hired us to do our job and they tell us this all the time… “If you DON’T hear from us… we’re happy with the job you’re doing.”
It’s completely up to you.
Do I need a website?
No you do not.
For every campaign we build, we custom build landing pages for your campaign. We do this because after spending tens of millions of dollars on Google, we know what converts (and our landing pages convert well).
So if you’re not happy with your website, don’t have one yet, or are redoing it, no problem at all.
